October to May: long stays
Off season the same apartments become a home for people working, studying or relocating to the area. Period and terms are agreed on request.

Long stays run from October to May. The period is agreed around your needs: send us the dates you're interested in and we'll check availability.
How much does a long stay cost?
The rent is on request and depends on the apartment, the period and the length of stay. The quote clearly states everything that is included.
Are the apartments furnished?
Yes, fully furnished and equipped: kitchen, linen, crockery, TV, Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning. Just bring your suitcase.
Are long stays possible in summer too?
In summer the apartments are dedicated to holidays, with weekly or short stays. Long stays are available from October to May.
