Data controller
The data controller is Manuel Bellemo (Casa Bellemo), Viale Torino 23, 30015 Chioggia (VE), Italy, Tax Code BLLMNL71P03C638V. For any request regarding your data you can write to info@appartamentivacanzachioggia.it.
Data collected and purpose
Through the request form we collect your name, email, optional phone, dates, number of guests and message, solely to respond to your availability request and manage any booking. We do not use the data for marketing or profiling.
Legal basis
Processing of the form data is based on pre-contractual and contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and, where applicable, on compliance with legal obligations, including tax ones (Art. 6.1.c GDPR). Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) is required only for third-party content and any non-technical cookies described in the Cookie Policy.
Recipients and processors
Data is not disclosed to third parties for their own purposes. To deliver the service we rely on suppliers who process data as processors: the site hosting provider, the email service through which we handle requests and, if enabled, the Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam service. The map (OpenStreetMap) and the virtual tour (Matterport) are loaded only with your prior consent. If we enable analytics or advertising tools (Google Analytics / Google Ads, Google Ireland Ltd), they operate only after your consent.
Transfers outside the EU
Some suppliers (e.g. hosting, anti-spam, the Matterport tour and any Google tools) may process data outside the European Economic Area, in particular in the United States. Where this occurs, the transfer complies with the GDPR on the basis of appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Data retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the request and any stay. Requests not followed by a booking are deleted within 24 months at the latest; data relating to completed bookings is kept for the period required by tax and legal obligations.
Your rights
You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdraw any consent given without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing, by writing to info@appartamentivacanzachioggia.it.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you believe the processing of your data infringes the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority — Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) — or with the supervisory authority of the EU State where you reside.
